The landlords here do not keep up with the maintenance of the property, I would say that 90% of the time they are not in their office. forget coming into Casey's in Alta on the 1st of the month you will have Nona demanding the rent in front of the other clients. its a nightmare in the winter they don't remove the snow unless its 3 feet high.
